Using MUSE9
Terms of Service
Terms for managing your business accounts, content and customer conversations with MUSE9 Social Hub.
Effective date: 2 October 2026 · Updated: 23 October 2026
1. The service and these terms
MUSE9 Social Hub is operated by ISMART9 TRADING CO., LTD (operating MUSE9 Social Hub, official websites https://hub.ismart9.com and https://ismart9.com, contact home@ismart9.com). These terms apply when you use MUSE9. If you use it for a business, you must have authority to act for that business and agree to these terms on its behalf. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.
MUSE9 provides tools for connected social accounts (including TikTok, Meta/Facebook, Messenger and Telegram), content preparation and publishing, customer conversations, team collaboration and AI assistance. Available features depend on your workspace, enabled integrations, provider permissions and service configuration. A preview or connected-account label does not guarantee that a platform will accept a post or message.
2. Accounts and team access
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and give teammates only the access they need. You are responsible for activities you authorize in your workspace, including scheduled posts and enabled automated replies. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords, verification codes or access tokens in chat, customer conversations or support messages.
You may connect only social accounts, TikTok Creator or Business accounts, Facebook Pages, Telegram channels and other resources that you are authorized to manage. A workspace administrator's permission in MUSE9 does not replace the permissions required by a social platform or the resource owner.
3. Connected platforms and publishing
Connecting a platform authorizes MUSE9 to use the permissions you grant for the features you select, including TikTok Login Kit (user.info.basic), TikTok Content Posting API (video.publish, video.upload), TikTok Business Messaging and Comments, Meta Graph API and Telegram Bot API. Where supported, MUSE9 stores protected access credentials and renews access so authorized operations can continue. You can disconnect an account in MUSE9 or revoke access in the platform's own settings.
You choose your publishing destinations, content, available privacy options and schedule. Review them before sending. Once a platform accepts content, removing it from a MUSE9 draft or disconnecting an account does not remove that published content. Use the platform's controls or supported removal tools for that purpose.
Each platform's terms, community rules, advertising rules and technical limits also apply. You must hold the rights to music, images, video and other material you publish, and make required advertising, sponsorship and AI-content disclosures. TikTok publishing requires your explicit selection of privacy status, interaction controls (Comment, Duet, Stitch) and agreement to the relevant TikTok Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, Branded Content Policy and Terms of Service shown before posting.
Platforms can delay, restrict, reject or remove content, change available features or revoke access. Review delivery status when an operation is pending or uncertain. Repeated submissions can create duplicates if an earlier operation was accepted but its result was not yet confirmed.
4. Your content and customer information
You keep the rights you hold in your content. You authorize MUSE9 (operated by ISMART9 TRADING CO., LTD) and the service providers involved in your chosen features to store, process, transform for delivery, display and transmit that content as needed to operate those features. This includes sending approved posts or replies to their selected destinations.
You are responsible for having the permissions and lawful basis needed to upload or process customer information, for providing required notices to customers, and for deciding which teammates or support destinations may receive it. Keep brand knowledge accurate and do not put credentials or unnecessary sensitive information into it.
Our Privacy Policy explains the information MUSE9 processes, the service providers involved and your choices. Our Data Deletion instructions explain how to request deletion. Disconnecting access is separate from deleting records.
5. AI assistance and automation
AI may use relevant messages, media, business knowledge and configured sources to suggest or send responses. Authorized feedback may be saved as guidance for a brand. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable; it does not independently verify every business fact or promise.
Review the business knowledge and automation settings you enable. You remain responsible for product claims, prices, offers, customer commitments and communications made for your business. Keep human oversight appropriate to the task and handle consequential legal, medical, financial or safety decisions through qualified people.
Depending on your configuration, AI processing may use local services or external providers. Enabling a feature may send relevant data to those providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use MUSE9 to break the law, infringe others' rights, impersonate others without permission, send spam, harass people, distribute malicious content, access another workspace's data, bypass platform restrictions or interfere with the service's security. Do not use automation to create deceptive engagement or conceal required disclosures.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address unauthorized use, security incidents, platform requirements or a material breach of these terms. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and available next steps. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
7. Availability and fees
Some features are in beta or depend on a computer, network connection, background service or third-party provider remaining available. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a specific reply time, social reach, sales results or approval by a platform. Keep copies of important content and an alternative way to handle urgent customer requests.
If we offer a paid plan, its price, renewal, cancellation and applicable refund terms will be presented before you agree to it. These terms alone do not authorize a payment or create an unlisted fee.
8. Ending use and resolving issues
You may stop using MUSE9 and disconnect integrations. Before ending use, review scheduled work and automation settings and request any records or deletion you need. Some records may remain for legitimate operational, security or legal reasons as described in the Privacy Policy. Content already delivered to a platform remains subject to that platform's controls.
Please contact home@ismart9.com about service problems or disputes, with enough information for us to investigate. Do not send passwords or access tokens. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Updates
We may update these terms as the service changes. The published page will show the effective date. Material changes will be brought to affected users' attention through an appropriate service notice. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the affected service and contact us about closing access or retrieving your records.
